TERMOSAN HEAT TREATMENT

About us

Company history

Since 1996

Termosan Isıl İşlem Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded and began operations as Termosan A.Ş. in 1996. Production initially used two controlled-atmosphere continuous heat treatment furnaces, each with a capacity of 170 kg/h.

As customer demand increased, Termosan expanded production capacity in 2000 by purchasing another continuous furnace with a capacity of 300 kg/h. In 2003, the company built and commissioned its own continuous furnace with a capacity of 500 kg/h.

Limited space led Termosan to seek a new location. In April 2004, the company purchased a new facility at Halkalı Caddesi No. 219, with a site area of 4,300 m² and 2,500 m² of covered space. The facility provided room for new heat treatment investments.

In 2012, Termosan completed the final layout of the new facility to support a wider range of processes and products. The layout was designed to allow the same processes to run on both manual and automated lines. The company further expanded its production network by opening a branch in Dilovası in 2019.

Termosan’s continuous lines comprise two high-capacity, fully automatic furnaces. These furnaces can automatically carry out successive processes such as quenching and tempering and carbonitriding.

For specialised processes, Termosan has strengthened its capabilities with five chamber furnaces and five tempering furnaces, improving the durability of both small and large parts.
