Our quality policy

TERMOSAN ISIL İŞLEM SANAYİ VE TİCARETİ A.Ş. is committed to lean manufacturing and to meeting its quality management and environmental responsibilities at every stage of production. The company has defined all processes needed to produce quality products, from raw material purchasing to customer delivery, and has established the infrastructure needed to eliminate environmental pollution.

In this context, TERMOSAN ISIL İŞLEM SANAYİ VE TİCARETİ A.Ş. has established and maintained an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System. It undertakes to take all reasonable steps in the following areas to protect the health, safety and welfare of employees and others who may be affected by its business activities.

Improve product and service quality to increase customer satisfaction.
Prevent pollution and conserve natural resources by reducing waste at source, recovering it and ensuring controlled disposal.
Identify all applicable legal obligations and customer requirements, and provide the infrastructure needed to comply with them.
Plan, deliver and evaluate training for employees and suppliers to raise quality and environmental awareness, strengthen teamwork and encourage participation.
Set objectives that take account of context, interested parties, risks and environmental aspects, and prepare programmes to achieve them.
Involve employees and stakeholders at every stage of our work, using their views and suggestions to continuously improve our processes.
Review our system periodically and provide the infrastructure required for continuous improvement.
